Payments for all services, programs, offerings, and products are required in full before service or goods are exchanged, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases. Unless you report discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they appear on your credit card statement, you agree to accept the charges. If Soul Bright Visionary LLC does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all outstanding amounts when demanded by Soul Bright Visionary LLC.

Failure to provide prior notification of missing a scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of payment. Soul Bright Visionary LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund.

If Soul Bright Visionary LLC must cancel an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment time will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.

If you are not satisfied with a service within the first half of your allotted time, you must state your dissatisfaction to receive a full refund. After this time, the service is considered provided, and full payment is required.
